Heavenly Homes Realty Group is founded by Nick & Trice Morant, who are a husband and wife team specializing in residential real estate transactions. The Morants reside in Yorktown, Virginia with their family of five loving children. With over 15 years of combined real estate experience, Trice & Nick Morant thrive in educating individuals on the process of buying, selling, and creative finance opportunities.
Nick and Trice are both leaders and public servants who support their community and families by being a part of initiatives to enact change, offer inclusion, and opportunities for wealth building. Nick and Trice are real estate experts, leaders, and members of the KW Allegiance ALC.
